This project has been realized thanks to invaluable support from my family, loved ones and friends.

Airborne Search and Rescue system (Predecessor to Airhound)

The Flying Gurney is a predominantly airborne emergency medical solution that locates, examines and evacuates a casualty or injured individual, delivering prompt medical treatment within golden time. This is my thesis project that is still in progress.

Eyes On - Advanced Situational Awareness

Deviced to assist law enforcement, Eyes on is a real-time, rapid response surveillance system that offer’s an “eye in the sky” to law enforcement officers, upon detection of a firearm going off. The aim of this concept is to increase accuracy, provide clear situational awareness and reduce any casualties in the process, thereby reducing the effect of any crime in progress.

Aquaculture - Remote Culture Monitoring

In 2015, prominent players in the fishing industry expressed a need for a solution to monitor water salinity, texture and oxygen levels in the water used by fisheries to breed various fish.

Designed to be remotely monitored, this concept deploys sensors that provide real-time feedback to officials to help them assess next-steps in keeping the breeding grounds healthy and thriving.

The three concepts showcased demonstrate likely, possible and ideal deployment.

Aether for Cigna - Urgent Medicine Delivery

An urgent prescription delivery system designed for CIGNA to transport critical medicines to mobility restricted home bound patients from the nearest CIGNA affiliated pharmacy (CVS). This system is designed to be flown autonomously with remote-monitoring and secure prescription retrieval upon a physical to digital patient identification.

Aether aim’s to make medicine access quicker and easier to help towards improvement and/or sustenance of a patient’s health.
