ACPOINT or fondly called POINT is a transportation systems proposal, one of many other proposed systems offered in the Future of Art Center Transportation or FACT Project, that focusses on improving transportation between the City of Pasadena and Campuses belonging to the Art Center College of Design, California.
FACT project, A first term team assignment and pilot project for the Pilot Graduate Transportation Systems and Design program at Art Center (Fall 2012) incorporated an offering of a plethora of systems and solutions to better equip current transportation systems while providing ease of access, high comfort, independent decision making and a sense of belonging to its users. AC POINT is one such proposal I led that focusses on instilling autonomous transportation, infancy of human experience in public transportation and a concept of how this would work should it be put into action.
AC POINT is designed to assist the current Shuttle system employed by Art Center by expanding its reach to students, faculty and staff who reside in various areas of Pasadena. This aims to eventually cater to Residents of Pasadena and Beyond.
